Tuptonia is a 12 berth narrowboat, 21 metres (70 feet) in length, owned by Guide Counties of Birmingham, Derbyshire and Northamptonshire.  It is available for hire throughout the year as it has a central heating system.  If required, a skipper can be provided for a small extra charge to cover expenses.  An individual aft cabin can be used for his/her accommodation.
Tuptonia has a forward lounge dining/sleeping area (three berths).  The main central sleeping area has eight bunks and two vanity units with hot and cold running water.  There are two flushing toilets, one each side of the central walkway, and a separate shower.  Tuptonia also has a fully equipped galley (kitchen) to cater for twelve people, with a full size cooker and oven, sink unit complete with hot and cold running water, fridge and plenty of cupboard storage space.
